Different views answer different questions: Live Visitors shows what is happening now, Activity Feed shows recent events, Analytics summarizes journeys and leads, and campaign reports explain a specific send.
Where to find it: Admin → Insights
What to do
- Start with the question you want to answer.
- Use Live Visitors for current sessions.
- Use Activity Feed for recent site and lead events.
- Use Analytics for trends and contact-level journeys.
- Use the CRM or campaign report for the underlying person or message.
Good to know
- Counts from different dashboards can use different time ranges and filters.
- Anonymous activity can become associated with a contact later, but not every visitor identifies themselves.
