Create and Publish a Banner or Pop-up
Banners & Pop-ups lets you publish persistent announcement bars and targeted lead-capture experiences without editing your site pages.
Where to find it: Admin → Marketing → Banners & Pop-ups
What to do
- Choose Create and start from the template closest to your goal.
- Write the headline, supporting copy, and call to action or connect a published form.
- Choose the eligible pages and devices, then set the trigger, frequency, schedule, and priority.
- Review both desktop and mobile previews before publishing.
- Visit an eligible public page in a private browser window and verify the banner or pop-up and resulting action.
Good to know
- Only one banner and one pop-up or slide-in can win on the same page; priority resolves overlaps.
- Exit intent is desktop-only. Scroll and exit-intent triggers apply only to modals and slide-ins.
- Pausing stops new displays without deleting revision history or results.
