Domain Is Active but the Site Does Not Open
An Active badge confirms the domain connection. A browser can still show an old result, a local network cache, or a redirect configured elsewhere.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Domain and your public domain
What to do
- Open both the root and www versions in a private browser window.
- Try another network, such as a phone on mobile data.
- Confirm the provider is not forwarding the domain to an old website.
- Refresh Domain Management and check that the relevant entries are still Active.
- If the problem remains, send Help the exact address, browser message, and a screenshot.
Good to know
- Do not bypass a browser security warning to test a site you do not recognize.
- A newly connected secure certificate may take additional time after DNS becomes visible.
