Remove or Deactivate a Team Member
Before removing access, transfer the work and communication resources the person owns.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Members & Roles
What to do
- Review assigned leads, tasks, appointments, campaigns, lead books, and phone numbers.
- Reassign active work to an authorized team member.
- Remove or transfer phone and connected-service access.
- Deactivate or remove the member using the action shown.
- Verify the former user can no longer sign in.
Good to know
- Do not delete historical CRM activity simply because a user leaves.
- Ownership changes can affect automations and routing pools.
